24/7 Storm Roof Network is an independent directory and referral service. We are not a licensed roofing, siding or general contractor. We do not perform, supervise, manage, inspect, warrant or guarantee any construction, repair, tarping, inspection or restoration work of any kind, and we do not employ the people who do.
All work is performed by independent third-party contractors. Any contract for work is solely between you and that contractor. We are not a party to it. We do not set their prices, control their scheduling, supervise their crews, or guarantee their workmanship, materials, timeliness, licensing status, insurance status or conduct. Any dispute about work performed is between you and the contractor.
This is important given the subject matter of this site. 24/7 Storm Roof Network is not an insurance company, insurance agency, insurance producer, insurance adjuster, or public adjuster. We do not sell, negotiate, adjust, appraise, evaluate, settle or advise on insurance claims, and we do not represent you in any dealing with an insurer.
Any general information on this site about hurricane deductibles, claim notice deadlines, Florida statutes, assignment of benefits, wind mitigation credits or state programmes such as My Safe Florida Home is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not legal advice, insurance advice or a statement of what your policy covers, and Florida law in this area has been amended repeatedly in recent years. Confirm anything that affects your money directly with your own insurance carrier or agent, a licensed Florida public adjuster, or an attorney. Do not rely on this site, or on anything a contractor tells you in your driveway, in place of that.
We ask contractors in our network to hold the licences and insurance required for the work they perform, but we do not independently audit, monitor or continuously verify that status, and we make no representation about it. Before you hire anyone, you should:

You must not submit another person’s information without their permission, submit false or fraudulent requests, or use the site to harvest data, send unsolicited communications, or circumvent any technical limitation.

We do not verify, adopt, endorse or guarantee it, and its appearance on this site is not a recommendation of any business. Listings are informational only.
References on this site to 24/7 availability, fast dispatch or emergency response describe the intended operation of the service and the general practice of the contractors in the network. They are not a guarantee. After a hurricane landfall, demand across an entire region can exceed the available crews by orders of magnitude and response times can extend to days. We do not guarantee that any contractor will contact you, accept your job, quote a particular price, or be available in any timeframe.
24/7 Storm Roof Network is a new and independent brand. It is not a continuation of, successor to, or affiliated with any business that previously operated at this domain or under a similar name, and we make no claim to any other company’s licence, history, credentials, reviews or reputation. Names of third parties, including government agencies and programmes, are used for identification only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
The service is free to you. We may receive compensation from contractors who receive requests through this site, and we may earn revenue from advertising. That does not change what you pay and does not make us a party to any contract you enter with a contractor.
The text, layout, design and compilation of this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish or create derivative works from the site without our written permission.
The site and the referral service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24/7 Storm Roof Network and its owners, officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, property damage, personal injury, or the acts or omissions of any contractor, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any work performed by a contractor. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site or the service will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 24/7 Storm Roof Network and its owners, officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or any dispute between you and a contractor.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any right you may have to bring a claim in small claims court, or any non-waivable right under the law of your state of residence.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the date above; continuing to use the site means you accept the change. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
