This Privacy Policy explains how 24/7 Storm Roof Network (“we”, “us”, “our”), which operates 247restorationllc.com, collects, uses, shares and protects information about you. By using this site or submitting a request through it, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Use.
What we are: 24/7 Storm Roof Network is an independent directory and lead referral service. We are not a roofing contractor and we do not perform work. We are also not an insurer, insurance agency, insurance adjuster or public adjuster, and we do not provide insurance advice. Our core function is to pass the information you give us to independent, licensed contractors so that they can contact you.
Information you give us. When you submit a request form we collect your name, telephone number, email address, ZIP code, city, the service you selected, how urgent the job is, any description of the job you write, and the fact and time of your consent to be contacted.
Information collected automatically. We may collect your IP address, browser type and user agent, device type, the pages you view on this site, the page you submitted from, referring URL, and campaign parameters in the URL such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content and gclid.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, driver’s licence numbers, bank account or payment card numbers, insurance policy numbers, claim numbers, or health information. Please do not include any of these in the free-text field.
With contractors. This is the point of the service. When you submit a request, we share it with one or more independent roofing or exterior contractors serving your area. Once they receive it, those companies are independent controllers of that information and handle it under their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
With service providers. Hosting, database, analytics, telephony and email vendors that process data on our behalf under contract.
For legal reasons. Where required by law, subpoena or lawful request, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
In a business transfer. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your information for money. However, sharing lead information with contractors in exchange for compensation may be treated as a “sale” or as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some state privacy laws. If you want to opt out, see section 7.
When you check the consent box and submit a request form, you expressly consent to be contacted by 24/7 Storm Roof Network and by the independent contractors we refer you to, at the telephone number you provided, including by automatic telephone dialling system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text message. You confirm that the number you provide is yours or that you are authorised to give consent for it.
Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You may revoke consent at any time, by any reasonable means. Reply STOP to any SMS to stop text messages from that sender. Tell any caller to place you on their internal do-not-call list. Or write to us at the address in section 11 stating the telephone number you want removed; we will honour it and pass the request on where we can. Note that because your information has been shared with independent contractors, you may need to make the request to them as well — they control their own dialling and messaging. Revoking consent does not affect contact you have already received, and reply HELP to any SMS for assistance.
We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your session, and measure traffic and campaign performance. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; parts of the site may not work correctly if you do. Because the site is served across the web, we may not be able to detect or honour a browser “Do Not Track” signal, but we do treat recognised opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control as an opt-out request from that browser where required by law.
We retain request information for as long as needed for the purposes described here and to keep records of consent for legal and compliance purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and share; to request a copy of it; to request correction of inaccurate information; to request deletion; to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information; and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, telephone, email, IP address); commercial information (the service requested); internet and network activity (pages viewed, referring URL, user agent); geolocation at the coarse level of city and ZIP code; and inferences drawn about the service you may need. Sources, purposes and recipients are described in sections 1 to 3. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined under California law, and we do not use or disclose it for purposes requiring an additional opt-out.
To exercise a right, including an opt-out of sale or sharing, contact us using section 11 with “California Privacy Request” in the subject line and enough detail for us to locate your record. We will verify your request, respond within the time limits set by law, and will not discriminate against you for making it. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorisation.
Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws — including but not limited to Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky and Rhode Island — may have rights broadly similar to those in section 7: to confirm whether we process their personal data, to access and obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. Some of these states also give you the right to appeal a refusal of your request; if we deny a request, our response will explain how to appeal.
Use the contact details in section 11 and tell us which state you reside in. We will handle the request under the law that applies to you. Where we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to act on the request.
Nevada residents: Nevada law gives you the right to direct us not to sell certain covered information. We do not sell covered information for monetary consideration, but you may still submit a request using section 11.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
City pages may display business listings and reviews supplied by Google for real local companies. That content is provided by Google and its users; we do not author, verify or endorse it. This site also links to third-party sites, including state and government resources, whose privacy practices are their own.
